Legalsense was founded in 2009 with the aim of creating accessible software for lawyers. It started with various applications and websites, including an online calculation program for severance pay, which is still used by a diverse group of clients. Legalsense has since become an indispensable player in the European legal sector. With intuitive and efficient software, Legalsense enables legal professionals to start working without complicated training.

Although Legalsense is known for its innovative software, their marketing strategy was less organised. They worked ad hoc, without clear direction or consistency, which diluted their brand and message. They needed a clear strategy to streamline and professionalise their marketing activities, along with an improved website that would represent their brand correctly.

Webwonders was brought in to address these challenges. We started by developing a strategic marketing plan to provide direction and structure to Legalsense's marketing efforts. This plan was the basis for further actions, such as developing a new custom website in HubSpot CMS. This website not only provided a professional brand image but also allowed the Legalsense team to manage it independently.

An important part of the transformation was refreshing the brand. We provided new texts and visuals that reflected the core values and professional image of Legalsense. Additionally, we developed a content cluster and a pillar page to significantly improve SEO and increase visibility.

We implemented HubSpot for both marketing and sales, successfully migrating the sales pipeline from Pipedrive to HubSpot. This enabled Legalsense to roll out their marketing campaigns in multiple EU countries, further increasing brand awareness.

Within three months, Legalsense saw their key search terms appear in the top 3 of Google results. The marketing team now independently manages all activities, using the powerful tools of HubSpot. The website, fully on HubSpot CMS, can be easily maintained and adjusted, contributing to the continuous improvement of Legalsense's online presence.
