The Metal Business Club (MetalBC) is a unique business club for metal music enthusiasts. What started with a successful beginning has grown into a thriving community expanding from the Netherlands to Belgium and Germany. MetalBC organises events at major metal festivals in the Benelux region and is a well-received guest at various occasions.
MetalBC lacked insight and overview in member and lead management, which was handled through inefficient Excel lists without a central data point. The key needs were a clear strategy, a suitable CRM system, and advice on process optimisation and marketing automation.

MetalBC's transformation to efficient membership management
The Metal Business Club, a business networking club that brings together entrepreneurs who love hard music, had a promising start.
